Heather was born in Philadelphia and grew up in the Cape May Area. She majored in hotel and motel management and successfully managed and oversaw operations of some of the finest Bed and Breakfast’s in Cape May and was also an innkeeper. Eventually she decided that she wanted to take her career in a different direction. She found that the excitement of the ever-growing real estate market at the South Jersey Shore was just the change she needed. Heather has now been in the real estate industry for 10 years, excelling in customer service, diligent ethics and has ample knowledge of transactions from start to close. Having spent many years in the hospitality field and the real estate world, Heather has a great understanding of the importance of customer service and satisfaction, making her a perfect fit as executive assistant to The Craig Soens Team
