Jacki is a Resort & Second Home Property Specialist (RSPS) along with being a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (Million Dollar Guild) giving her an edge on strategic marketing and luxury property insights, especially in the vacation & second home market.

She is a native to the South Jersey Shore spending her younger years living a block and half from the beach in Townsends Inlet. Her family still has a strong presence in Sea Isle as her Father and Stepmother are none other than Nana & Poppy of Nana & Poppy’s Ice Cream Parlor.

Jacki pursued the performing arts in the Big Apple where she graduated from The American Musical & Dramatic Academy and gained many credits before moving back in 2003, where she obtained her real estate license and started her career as a real estate professional in Stone Harbor. While she was content with her surroundings, opportunity knocked to work in Avalon with the #1 Agency on the Island and she could not refuse. She has enjoyed being a part of the Ferguson Dechert family for many years.

She specializes in Cape May County's barrier islands (Sea Isle to Cape May) and off shore primary and secondary home markets and real estate investment opportunities. Having over 20 years’ experience in the South Jersey Shore real estate market, she is knowledgeable, extremely professional yet personable, and easy to work with, making sure her clients’ needs are always met. She is not only a part of the Craig Soens Team but happens to be Craig Soens' wife.

Jacki is also a Real Estate Broker- Associate in Florida, specializing in the South East Coast market. She and Craig also own a Florida condo on the intracoastal where she easily navigates back and forth for her clients.
