She is a native to the South Jersey Shore spending her younger years living a block and half from the beach in Townsends Inlet. Her family still has a strong presence in Sea Isle as her Father and Stepmother are none other than Nana & Poppy of Nana & Poppy’s Ice Cream Parlor.

Jacki pursued the performing arts in the Big Apple where she graduated from The American Musical & Dramatic Academy and gained many credits before moving back in 2003, where she obtained her real estate license and started her career as a real estate professional in Stone Harbor. While she was content with her surroundings, opportunity knocked to work in Avalon with the #1 Agency on the Island and she could not refuse. Born in Sea isle City, Tom has been a lifelong resident of the South Jersey Shore, he resides with his wife and 4 children in Cape May Court House. Tom attended Glassboro College and Rowan University. He spent many summers as a lifeguard and 33 years as a lieutenant with the Wildwood Crest Beach Patrol. He also was a disc jockey at the famous Windrift bar and restaurant in Avalon for 15 summers, making him very familiar with 7 Mile Island. Tom has been a special ed teacher and a structured learning coordinator at Ocean City High School for over 20 years.. Having always been involved in helping others through compassion, patience and dedication, Tom is excited to become a part of the Craig Soens Team and we are thrilled to have him on board!
