The first floor offers 1 bedroom with a trundle bed (2 twins), 1 bedroom has a Twin and Queen bed and a hall bathroom that is handicap accessible. The 2nd floor offers a Master bedroom w/a King bed and private deck, a Den (can easily be used as a 4th bedroom) that is equipped with a mini bar, fireplace, a sleeper sofa (Queen), a deck and has a door for enhanced privacy. This is a non smoking home. There is plenty of off street parking & the beach path is located at 50th Street & Dune Drive! The garage is NOT available for renters use, however the owner has provided a Rubbermaid storage unit for you to place your beach chairs, bikes etc. in. The owner provides Wireless internet. Maximize your leisure time, the owner provides a changeover cleaning upon your departure!
