The open and airy Great Room offers sunny southern exposure, hardwood floors and a comfortable sitting area. The adjacent Dining Area compliments a fully equipped kitchen with beautiful cabinetry and abundant granite countertops. The first floor features two bedrooms (1 with a king bed, 1 with single size bunk beds and another single bed), two full bathrooms, a laundry room, and family room overlooking the pool with a wet bar and beverage cooler. The second floor offers a spacious Great Room, two bedrooms (queen beds) and one full bathroom. The third floor offers a large Master Suite with a king bed, full bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, and a small office area with a desk. The house has two zone central air conditioning and a custom 5 zone sound system throughout the home. The first floor family room opens to the 28 x 14 foot heated pool and patio area with gas grill. The Great Room and Family Room both have wide screen TVs with DVD/VCRs. With all of the top of the line amenities, this will be your home away from home that will give your family a lasting and memorable beach vacation!! Internet access is also available. Owner has some beach chairs for tenant use, however they are not guaranteed. Owner provides a changeover cleaning upon your departure!
