The entire 3rd floor loft offers a bedroom with a built in Queen bed, hardwood flooring, a wet bar, private bath, sofa bed (double) and deck. There is also a built in sound system. The location tops off this beautiful home with just a short walk to the beach. Garage can be used for bike and beach chair storage. Plenty of off street parking. REMEMBER to bring your sheets, blankets and towels. Owner's will provide pillows and mattress pads. The owner provides Wireless internet through Comcast, and Streaming TV, YOUTUBE TV basic service.
