Second floor includes a living room, dining area, galley kitchen, bedroom with a set of twin beds and full bath. Third floor includes a master bedroom with king bed and offers sliders to a bayfront deck where you can enjoy fantastic sunset/boating activities along the Intra coastal waterway which is just a few hundred feet away! Third floor also offers a 2nd bedroom with set of twin beds (each bedroom here has private access to a shared bathroom).Two blocks away enjoy beach, tennis, ballpark, basketball courts, skate park, playground and many restaurants. This larger end unit offers enhanced privacy and will provide its guests with additional parking, convenient outside deck and dock access as well as even more glorious views and breathtaking sunsets than any inside unit can offer. Wireless Internet and cleaning service provided. Please note that NO GRILLING is permitted according to the Condo Association agreement. Property accommodates 8 people. Owner will rent in the OFF SEASON. Please call your agent for availability and rates. Owner will provide 8 beach tags for your convenience, however there will be a fee charged if all 8 beach tags are not returned upon your departure. PLEASE BE AWARE OF WATER SAFETY ON AND AROUND THE DOCKS. It is very important that small children not be left unattended, and use of appropriate life vests are highly recommended! There is to be NO diving or jumping off the bulkhead at any time. ALSO beware of the dangers of low tide.
