PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
This stunning custom vacation home with three decks sleeps twenty and is located just one house from bay, affording beautiful bay and sunset views, one and one half blocks from one of Avalon s finest beaches and a short walk from Avalon s kayak park and municipal marina. The SECOND FLOOR boasts a large living room with a vaulted ceiling, spacious dining area, well equipped kitchen, powder room, two additional bedroom suites, and a wrap around deck. The living room has a gas fireplace, flat screen TV, and a double size sofa bed. The elegant dining area has seating for ten and with additional seating in the kitchen and on the covered deck, seating for more than twenty is available. The gourmet kitchen with high end appliances features a large island with integral microwave oven and wine cooler. The bedroom suites have one with a queen bed and the other with king bed. Each have private bathrooms, walk in closet and flat screen TV. The second floor deck, half of which is covered, contains a natural gas grill, a table with six chairs, and an exquisite view of the bay. The THIRD FLOOR features two bedroom suites, and a common sitting room. Each bedroom has a private bathroom, walk in closet, flat screen TV, and a private deck providing spectacular views. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other a king bed. There is off street parking for three cars.
