The third floor has the master bedroom with king size bed, private full bath plus another large bedroom with a queen size bed and full bath; both bedrooms have large walkout decks. There are two laundry areas; one on the first floor and one on the third floor. A short walk to the beach, bay, Stone Harbor shopping and recreational park.
