The large laundry room is located on the first floor for convenience. Enjoy reading a book on the large wrap around covered deck located on the first floor! The second floor includes a gourmet kitchen with oversized center island, dining area, living room with gas fireplace and 2 additional bedrooms; one with a queen size bed and another with a king size bed. The bedrooms share a "jack and jill" bathroom. Working from home? Log onto Zoom meetings from the second-floor private office and enjoy the sunsets from the large covered deck located on the west side of the home off the second floor living area. Privacy awaits on the third floor complete with master suite with king size bed, gas fireplace, walk in closets and master bathroom with free standing tub.
