The living area on the second floor consists of the kitchen, dining area, and living room which extends to one of the 2nd floor decks. A second floor bedroom with a queen bed has its own deck as well. A full bathroom with a tub completes the second floor. Two more bedrooms are located on the 3rd floor as well as a full bathroom with shower. One bedroom has a queen size bed and its own private deck - perfect for viewing spectacular sunsets after a long day at the beach. The other has a bunkbed, with single on top and a full bed on the bottom with a trundle. This vacation retreat features all hardwood floors for added beauty. There are 3 smart TVs, a full size crib, high chair, 2 pack n plays , a child safety gates, book library. For added convenience it has an outside shower, some beach beach chairs, umbrella, beach cart, storage for bikes, and 2 off street parking spaces. Located just steps from a public dock on the bay.
