CENTRALLY LOCATED, THIS BEAUTIFUL SINGLE FAMILY OFFERS 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and is located in the heart of Avalon. The first floor features a family room with a flat screen television for the kids to watch all their shows. Extra guest? There's brand new Queen size sofa bed (2025) that's perfect for the occasional overnight guest. The covered first level deck is ideal to escape to after a hot day at the beach. A convenient laundry area is on the first floor as well, ready for those beach towels and clothes for easy washing. The first floor also has 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms: 1 bedroom w/2 sets of bunk beds (twin/double) and 1 bedroom w/2 twin beds. The spacious and open second floor has a large living area, dining area and gourmet kitchen with bar and a hall bathroom. There is a large sun deck off the living and dining areas with lots of space to spread out and relax and offers a nice deck table and chairs. You will find 2 bedrooms: 1 bedroom has a queen bed and attached bathroom and the other bedroom offers a queen bed. The third floor offers a master bedroom/bathroom w/a queen bed & a private deck. Owner provides Internet Access and a Premium Cable Package so you never miss a game, email or news item. The very best feature of all is the heated pool out back. Bask in the sun all afternoon or jump in to cool off after a hot day at the beach. Your family will love entertaining or just relaxing poolside! During the season the owner provides approximately 10 chairs including 4 lounges around the pool along with several cocktail tables. A full outside dining set on upper deck with 2 more lounges and a large cocktail table and several chairs on lower deck provide plenty of outside space for entertaining and enjoying the lovely summer weather! This location is ideal. You can park the car and walk everywhere since the beach is located just 2.5 blocks away and you are just steps to shopping, fantastic restaurants, and all of Avalon’s attractions. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS PROPERTY IS A FRIDAY TO FRIDAY RENTAL.
