Dining table comfortably seats 8, plus 4 bar stools at the kitchen counter. The gas grill on the deck has a convenient natural gas connection. There is a well equipped kitchen. Also on this level, there is a guest bedroom and hall bath, plus a master bedroom with private bath. 3rd floor - another master bedroom with sundeck (and more ocean views), private bath, supplemental laundry area, and mini-kitchen. Driveway provides off-street parking. Convenient location being steps from the beach and boardwalk and a short stroll to the town with many shops and restaurants. Owner provides additional stackable washer/dryer in 3rd floor primary bedroom, 4 TVS, linens provided (sheets only), natural gas BBQ, coffee maker, keurig and more!
