FRIDAY TO FRIDAY RENTAL (4PM CHECK-IN AND 11AM CHECK OUT) Three story Seascape estate featuring eight bedroom and ideally situated close to the beach and just a couple of blocks from the center of town. Hardwood floors with in-laid tile greet you as you walk in. This charming living room has plenty of seating, tons of natural light, and access to the rear yard patio. The main living area features a gorgeous gentleman s bar complete with a dual zone wine refrigerator, a beverage refrigerator and an ice maker. Sliding doors walk out to a covered porch, which is the beginning of a truly grand exterior entertaining space. Lush landscaping, a sea of pavers, a large dining area and grill making this rear yard a special entertaining space. A short stroll into the middle of the Seascape grounds takes you to an enormous shared in-ground pool surrounded by picturesque landscaping, and a tennis court - both of which are exclusive to the association. Back inside, the first floor is rounded out with a bedroom with Queen bed and direct access to full hall bathroom and laundry room that has door to side access of house. The second floor features five bedrooms; bedroom #1 has a Queen, bedroom #2 with two twin beds, bedroom #3 with a queen, bedroom #4 with two twins and bedroom #5 being a master bedroom with King size bed and private bathroom. The second floor also has two full hall bathrooms and a second washer and dryer area. The third floor features the last two bedrooms (one with a King bed and the other with bunk bed with twin over twin and a twin bed with twin trundle pullout) full hall bath and a huge family room with access to eastern and western facing decks.
