The spacious 2nd floor has 3 single beds and 1 double beds and a sitting area as well as a powder room. This unique 2nd floor layout allows for a privacy screen to be used to make it into 2 separate rooms if needed. This home is ideal for the family that wants all of the conveniences this home and location has to offer.This owner will also allow you to bring the family pet with his approval. There is an additional pet fee of $150 per pet fee .The air conditioning in the home is window units. This is a great seashore home.
