* Exterior security cameras monitor outdoor areas for safety.
**Pet Policy**
Pets are welcome with prior approval. A fee of $50 per day applies for one pet. Please provide the pet’ info before booking. Pets are not permitted in or around the pool area. Undisclosed pets may result in additional charges and/or lease termination.
**Noise & Occupancy**
Avalon enforces strict noise ordinances. Parties and events are prohibited. Guests are responsible for complying with all local regulations and lease terms throughout their stay.
