The second floor boast living room, dining area, kitchen, 2 full baths and 2 bedrooms (1 with a king size bed and one with 2 twin sized beds). Living Room has a 40" flat screen TV. Owner has keurig, crockpot, mixer, extra refrigerator, garage can be used for storage of beach items, natural gas BBQ, 6 TVS' - family room, living room and all 4 bedrooms.
