This charming unit offers a living room, eat in kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bath just a short distance to the beach. Clean and comfortable. Owner provides WiFi and ROKU cable (not Comcast). Pet friendly property on case by case basis with pet fee. Pets brought without owner permission are considered a break of the lease and tenants are subject to fee of twice the usual pet fee or removal. Pet Fee - $455 per pet, per week.
