Kitchen has granite countertops, Viking microwave/convection oven, blender, regular coffee maker (no keurig) and a Culligan Reverse Osmosis Water System which means you won t need bottled water because there is a spigot in the kitchen and the system also feeds to the refrigerator. Second floor also features a bedroom with a set of twin beds and the master suite with king size bed, television, walk in closet, private deck, and private bathroom. Other amenities regular coffee maker, keurig, ice maker in fridge, toaster oven, 1 off street parking space and more! Come enjoy Avalon at this home!
