The property features a heated in-ground pool. This spectacular home has been professionally designed! The first floor features 3 bedrooms: has a Pottery Barn bunk bed with a Full size bed on the bottom and twin bed on the top with full bath; bedroom #2 has two (2) twin beds. There is a full bathroom directly outside this bedroom, bedroom #3 has built-in bunk beds with six (6) twin beds. There is a full bath (with a tub) directly outside of this bedroom. The comfortable first floor den is complete with a wet bar, a beverage fridge, games, large flat screen TV and sliders to the pool area with propane gas grill. There is a full-size laundry room equipped with washer & dryer. The second floor "open space" concept is bright and spacious. The kitchen has custom shaker cabinets, beautiful counters and a huge center island with counter seating adjacent to the dining area.There is a second floor deck with lounge seating and table/chairs for dining. The great room has a huge TV, shiplap walls, and soaring coffered ceilings. There is plenty of storage in the walk in pantry next to the kitchen and has an additional refrigerator and separate ice maker. There is a powder room off the hallway, and two (2) bedrooms, each with Queen beds and attached full bathrooms. The third floor has two (2) King suites each with a king bed, private deck with seating and additional laundry area with washer/dryer. The owners are providing fresh linens (sheets & pillowcases for all beds for 18 guests) from Shore Service in Avalon. Towels NOT included. 3PM CHECK IN AND 10AM CHECK OUT
