PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
CENTRALLY LOCATED BAYFRONT TOWNHOUSE!! Enjoy the perfect blend of an ideal location that has a fantastic view looking down Princeton Harbor and a two-story floor plan that offers close to 50% more bay frontage than most townhomes! The extra bay frontage stems from the uncommon design, which differs from the traditional right half/left half duplex design. In contrast, this unit encompasses the entire 1st floor (from street to bay) of the building and the street-side portion of the 2nd floor of the building. The 1st Floor of this unit offers the bayside Living/Dining/Kitchen Area with a sliding door leading to a large deck overlooking the bay, an adjacent Powder Room, a Full Bathroom with a newer extra wide tub, and the bedrooms on the street-side corners. The other two bedrooms, one Full Bathroom and the Laundry Room occupy the street side portion of the 2nd Floor of the building. The layout enables the Living/Dining/Kitchen Area to span the entire width of the bay side of the property, whereas normally the bay "frontage" is split 50/50 between two units, with each unit therefore having much less frontage facing the bay. Skip the parking hassle by leaving the car parked & walking into town;there are 2 off-street parking spaces for each unit. There are steps leading from the large deck off the Living Area to the ground level, where you ll find a private enclosed outdoor shower for each unit & a shared stationary dock over the bay. You can swim off the dock! The owner provides a charcoal grill only. The first floor bedding is 1 Queen bed, and one bedroom with 2 twin beds. The 2nd Floor bedding is 1 Queen bed and one bunk bed (a single bed above a double bed). Sofa bed is a Double Futon.
