PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Stone Harbor home built by the Poppers and outfitted by Beach Dwellings. This 5 bedrooms, 4.2 baths with heated swimming pool and cabana (sink and full fridge in cabana) is a great vacation home! OWNER PROVIDES SHEETS AND TOWELS for your convenience!! The second floor of this home offers open floor concept with great room area (living, dining and kitchen areas). The living area is accented by vaulted wood planked ceiling, mounted television with cable and access to covered deck. Easy transition to the beautiful kitchen with white cabinetry, quartz counters, stainless steel appliances, kitchen island with seating that flows straight to dining area with table to seat 10. The second floor covered deck space will be outfitted with deck furniture. Master bedroom offers king bed, TV, deck, master bathroom. The second bedroom on the second floor has a queen bed, TV and private bathroom with deck access. There is a powder room and work station "area" found down a hallway between the two bedrooms that has direct access to rear deck. The entire second floor (great room and bedrooms, and halls have hardwood flooring). There are three first floor bedrooms. The first bedroom on the first floor has a king bed and private bathroom. The second bedroom has two bunk bed sets (full bottom and single on top) and shared bathroom with the Queen bedroom. The third bedroom has a queen bed with deck access and shared bathroom with bunk bedroom. The first floor has a laundry room that provides access to the side of the house and easy access to designated storage space area outside (store your bikes, beach chairs and more). Lastly, there is a family room on the first floor with wet bar, sectional sofa, direct access to deck leading to pool area, cabinetry, TV and powder room. Head outside to the pool area with nice size pool, cabana with covered area. Televisions are in all bedrooms plus family room and living room areas. Televisions are smart TVS therefore renters have the capability to log into their own streaming services.
