The quiet location of this home is just around the corner from the beach path on 48th Street...just a short walk to the beach. There is a minimal traffic pattern on this street. The location is also just a short walk to the public playground and the tennis & basketball courts located on 39th Street! Maximize your leisure time...the owner provides a changeover cleaning upon your departure! Please note that this is a Friday to Friday rental and check in time is 1:00pm and check out time is 10:00am.
