The kitchen is stocked with everything you would need. Large center marble island and a separate dining space comfortably seats the whole family. Off the living room is a fiberglass deck that allows for partial sun and partial shade suitable to your preference. Great views of the bay and seating for 8 with a grill perfect for evening meals. Right beyond the kitchen sits the pantry and powder room. To the rear of the second floor is the large master bedroom (king bed) equipped with ensuite bath, walk in closet and private fiberglass deck great for relaxing and viewing the backyard pool.The third floor is completely dedicated to the 2nd master bedroom (king bed) with large private bath and walk in closet.Your private fenced in backyard includes a heated pool with a cabana and plenty of seating.
