The first floor of this home has a bedroom with king bed, bedroom with two twin beds and a bunk (single over single) and a full hall bathroom. There is an outside semi-enclosed seating area that overlooks the pool area that will have coffee table and chairs. The second floor has bedroom with a king bed, another bedroom with a queen and a twin and a third bedroom with two twins. The second floor has a full hall bath with tub. The third floor boasts the living, dining, kitchen area with deck that has bay views and a glimpse of the ocean. The master bedroom is on the third floor off the kitchen area with queen bed and private bathroom. Powder room on the third floor. The third floor deck off living area has table and chairs. This home has heated swimming pool. Outside pool area has table, chairs, some lounge chairs and umbrella. There is an elevator for your convenience. There is a $1,500 security deposit that must be added to all leases that will use the elevator. There are two washers and dryers one set on the first floor and one set on the second floor. This home is located in the center of the Avalon town making it a breeze to get to your favorite shops and restaurants with a short three and a half block walk to the beach! Garage is converted into a game area with classics such as ping pong, corn hole, foosball table, ring toss and more. There is a TV as well in game area. All 10 televisions utilize youtube TV (no cable).
