First floor has a family room with TV, deck, Queen size sofa bed, and has a fully loaded mini wet bar with blender, mini coffee maker, toaster, small burner, microwave, and mini fridge. Also, on the first floor are two bedrooms with two single beds in each one with it s own private bathroom. Hallway bathroom and laundry room are located on first floor as well. (The garage has an extra refrigerator.) The second floor has a living room with flat screen TV. Dining room with slider to second floor deck. There are 4 bedrooms located on the second floor all with Queen beds and two of those bedrooms have a private bath. There is a hallway bath for guests and the other two bedrooms. The third floor has a mini kitchen with a two burner stove, microwave, mini fridge and table to seat 4. The spacious master bedroom has a Queen size bed with large flat screen TV, deck, walk in closet, stackable washer & dryer, and private office space. The master bath has a jacuzzi. The 8th bedroom can also be used as a sitting room has it s own private bath with deck and electric blow up Queen size sofa bed (10"). Elevator service from ground level to all three floors makes carrying luggage and groceries a thing of the past. The pool with spacious surrounding patio space and cabana bar are perfect for afternoon and evening barbecues or just a nice alternative to the beach. Powder room built on the northeast side of the property specifically for convenience of use when outside using the swimming pool area!
