One room with a double bed; one room with a set of twin beds and an entrance to front deck; and one room with a set of twin beds, private bath, sitting area, and an entrance to the front deck. Situated on the third floor is the master suite complete with king bed and television, private bath, and a wall of large windows to see wonderful views of the inlet. Third floor features another bedroom room with a California king bed. Highlights 2-3 parking spots in driveway, BBQ grill, 3 TVS (living room and 3rd floor bedroom with King has cable TV. The second floor twin bedroom has smart TV that tenant can log into own account for streaming (no cable for this TV) and WIFI.
