The large open living area with beautiful ocean views is located on the second floor along with the dining area and kitchen with 2 Viking cooktops/ovens, 2 dishwashers, Subzero refridgerator and many other amenities. There is a bedroom with a king size bed, slider to oceanfront deck and attached bathroom with a jucuzzi tub. There is another bedroom on the second floor with a queen size bed and a slider to a rear deck overlooking the yard. The second floor also has a full hall bathroom that is fully handicap/wheelchair accessible as well as a half bathroom. On the third floor you will find the master suite with a king size bed, slider to an oceanfront deck, large master bathroom with jacuzzi tub, wet bar (microwave, coffee maker, mini fridge) and a sitting room with ocean views. There are also 2 offices located on the third floor with large monitors you can hook your laptop up to. This beautiful home also has a 4 stop elevator and a washer and dryer on the first and third floors. Plenty of room for the family to spend time together inside or outside on the decks listening to the peaceful sound of the ocean waves crashing on the beach. This property has a TWO week minimum.
