There is also a Laundry Room with a door leading to the side of the home and around to the pool area. The garage also has two doors for easy access & convenience. There is plenty of off-street parking as well. At the top of the stairs, you are greeted by a large, bright & open Living Area with vaulted ceiling, Kitchen & Dining area. Sliding doors provide convenient access to an exceptionally spacious deck, which is partially covered, providing welcome relief from the hot sun! Back inside, there is a spacious center island with seating and tons of counter space. You’ll also appreciate the built-in speakers and the Jenn Aire stainless steel appliances, including a 6-burner gas range. A Powder Room is conveniently tucked away behind the stairwell, and a private bedroom/bath suite on each of the rear corners of the house. The bedroom with the queen size bed has a sliding door leading to a deck that will get early morning sun and overlooks the pool. This deck is convenient if you’re on the 2nd Floor of the home and would like to communicate with anyone who’s out by the pool. The other bedroom offers a set of bunk beds (twin bed over a double bed with twin trundle underneath) and a bathtub.
