The master bedroom has queen bed, flat screen TV, convenient storage and private bath has direct access to your rear sun deck. Second bedroom with double bed. Third bedroom with two twin beds plus 1 single size trundle sleeping 3 occupants in this room. All bedrooms have their own TV s. If you find yourself with an extra overnight guest the living room sofa pulls out into a queen sofa bed. Ready for the beach? No need to cross the street to get to and from one of Avalon s finest beaches and still just a few short blocks to the recreation, shops & restaurants. The 24th street beach is handicapped accessible, boogie board friendly and has its own lifeguard stand. Owner provides regular coffee maker, iron and ironing board, wine refrigerator, off street parking, Propane BBQ (under back deck) and more. *OUTSIDE SHOWER IS SHARED WITH DOWNSTAIRS UNIT.*
