Important Notes:

-There is no access to the first floor of the home, it is locked off as storage. This home and its amenities are private to this listing only. NO shared pool.
- Linens, towels, toiletries and beach equipment is not provided. If desired there are several local companies that rent linens, towels and beach equipment such as @ShoreService or you can bring your own. Beach tags are NOT INCLUDED!
- The coolest A/C setting is 70 degrees, and the warmest heat setting is 75 degrees.
Notice: Cameras monitor the outdoor spaces around our home for safety and security purposes.
Pet friendly property on case by case basis with pet fee. Pets brought without owner permission are considered a break of the lease and tenants are subject to fee of twice the usual pet fee or removal. Pet Fee - $455 per pet, per week.
