A hall bath with a shower tub services bedrooms 2 and 3 and a powder room is conveniently located on the first floor for pool guests. Finishing up the first-floor layout is a full-sized laundry room complete with 2 sets of washers and dryers. Ascending up to the 2nd floor, enjoy an abundance of natural light shining through the entire open floorplan, with vaulted ceilings across the family room and dining room, and expansive ocean views. The sensational kitchen features a Sub-Zero refrigerator, wall oven, Wolf range, icemaker, dual-sone wine cooler, and plenty of counter space, including a bar-height peninsula with seating for 4. A dedicated dining area is located at the rear of the home with seating for up to 10, and a deck overlooking the pool area. An additional dining area for 4 is included at the front of the home. The rear deck has incredible ocean views, with dining for up to 8 and access to the pool area through a spiral staircase. Bedroom 4 is tucked in the rear of the home and features one set of bunk beds with a full on both the bottom and the top. Bedroom 5 is also located at the rear of the home and features a queen-sized bed with access to the back deck overlooking the pool area. A hall bathroom services both of these bedrooms, along with a powder room adjacent to the kitchen and dining to service guests. The third floor is dedicated solely to the master bedroom, featuring a large seating area at the top of the stairs and breathtaking ocean views. Stepping into the master suite, ocean views are found at every turn. A king bed, large ensuite bathroom with dual-sink vanity, tiled shower, and a soaking tub give you all the amenities needed. Enjoy some of the best ocean views on the island from your private balcony located off the east side of the master suite. Outside, a large saltwater pool with sun shelf and plenty of seating is the perfect place to retreat after a long beach day. An outdoor shower and changing room is located steps away. Each bedroom includes their own TV with Comcast Deluxe TV package. Multiple week stays include weekly cleanings on Fridays.
