A gorgeous, nearly new custom single-family home with incredible OCEAN VIEWS, situated just one cross street to a large, south-end Avalon beach. The home features 6 bedrooms, 6 full bathrooms, and 2 powder rooms. The first-floor layout features an expansive family room, located just off the pool area with a full wet bar including a beverage center and sink, and slider access to the pool. A powder room is located just off the family room, adjacent to the slider for pool guests to easily access. Bedrooms 1 and 2 are located on the street side of the home with access to the front covered deck. Each features a king bed and ensuite bathroom with a tiled shower and a single-sink vanity. Bedroom 3 is furnished with a set of bunk beds with a full on the bottom, and steps leading to an additional full on the top. An ensuite bathroom with a shower tub finishes off this bedroom. Ascending up to the second floor, an expansive family room with vaulted ceilings and a gas fed fireplace overlooks a gourmet kitchen. The kitchen features a high-end appliance package with a Sub-Zero refrigerator, a Wolf range, and a large island with seating for 3, custom cabinetry and stone tops. The dining room sits adjacent to the kitchen with seating up to 12 and a second-floor wet bar. Access the second-floor deck from the sliders just off the family room, with both sun and shade and breathtaking ocean views. Bedrooms 4 and 5 are located at the rear of the 2nd floor. Bedroom 4, situated to the west features a king-sized bed with an ensuite bathroom, a tiled shower and single-sink vanity, and a private deck overlooking the pool area. Bedroom 5 features a queen-sized bed with an ensuite bathroom, tiled shower, and single-sink vanity. The third floor is completely dedicated to the master bedroom and features three decks. An expansive bedroom spanning nearly half of the home’s footprint features a king-sized bed with a wet bar including a beverage center and sink. Start your day off here with coffee, or end your evening with a nightcap, while lounging on 1 of 3 decks. Private balconies are located off both the front and rear of the home. Another deck is located just outside the bedroom doors. The expansive master ensuite bathroom features a large, tiled shower and dual-sink vanity. A 4-stop elevator runs from the ground level to the third floor. The outdoor area of the home features a large pool, a cabana, and a gas-fed firepit, plus an outside shower, perfect for a retreat after a long beach day.
