Beautiful home very close to 30th or 32nd street beach path! The first floor of this home offers living, kitchen and dining area. First floor bedroom with queen bed and private bathroom. Laundry area on the first level. The second floor has family room with queen sofa bed, queen bedroom with private bath, another bedroom with bunk bed (single over single) single trundle underneath and twin bed with private bath , and two other bedrooms with king beds and their own private bathrooms. All bedrooms have their own private bathrooms. There is a powder room on the first and second floor. Rear patio area is a nice retreat. Property rents Friday to Friday with 3PM Check in and 10am check out
