Each floor of the home offers a generous size deck and a private Bedroom/Bath Suite. The owner only rents two weeks, and they provide a well-equipped home with substantial deck furniture, decks with awnings, and use of the hot tub! The First Floor offers one of the two large Living Rooms, the Kitchen & the Dining Area. There are also 3 Bedrooms, 2 Full Bathrooms (each with a tub and Corian countertop; one in the hallway, the other private), a Powder Room, and the Laundry Room. The Living, Kitchen & Dining Areas are located in the rear of the home, where there’s generous use of windows to take advantage of the natural light from the southern exposure. A sliding glass door leads to a large composite deck offering bay views and welcome shade from the awning above! From the deck, it’s just a few steps down to the rear yard and six-person hot tub. Back inside, two of the bedrooms are on the street-side of the home, one of which has its own private bathroom with a tub, his & hers closets, and a sliding door leading to a deck that offers a bay view. The 2nd bedroom has two sets of bunk beds (4 single beds total). The third Bedroom is located on the right rear corner of the home and it offers two single beds and his & hers closets. The Laundry Room features a deep sink and a door providing convenient access to the right side of the property. The Second Floor offers a second large Living Area with a cathedral ceiling and hardwood flooring, another Dining Area, and a Kitchenette (shown on the photos; there’s a sink, a full-size refrigerator/freezer, a dishwasher and a microwave oven - no range/regular oven)…there’s a nice bay view from this entire area, and of course from the street-side deck! In the rear of the home, you’ll find yet another large bay view deck, which is accessed from a sliding door off the rear portion of the Living Area, and also from the large private Bedroom/Bath Suite, which spans the width of the rear of the house. The Bedroom has a cathedral ceiling and a second (full-size) washer/dryer in its private oversized Bathroom. On the 2nd Floor, left side of the home, there are two Bedrooms and one Bathroom. The Third Floor features a Master Suite and Den. The Den features a quartz countertop with a sink and a dishwasher, a full-size refrigerator/freezer, three built-in speakers in the ceiling and two built into the wall, one on each side of a wall, mounted TV. Two sliding doors lead to a pergola-covered deck with sweeping bay views! The property offers an off-street parking pad for several cars. The beaches in this area are exceptionally large and uncrowded. The closest beach paths are located at 50th Street and 57th Street. The tenant does not have access to the garage. The owner will rent Friday to Friday.
