PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
The beach path is only about two blocks away from this beautifully renovated home! You’ll appreciate the short walk to the wide, uncrowded, pristine beaches and it’s only 5 blocks to the Southern-end of Avalon’s Business District! Upon arriving at the home, you’ll find off-street parking for at least two vehicles. Enter via the large street-side deck, which is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee & breakfast, and catching-up on the news while watching the built-in TV. As you enter the property, there is a Bedroom to your left and right on the street-side corners of the home. The bedrooms are separated by a foyer and a Hall Bathroom with custom tile, a quartz countertop, and a walk-in shower with a sliding glass door.
