Upon arriving at the home, you’ll find off-street parking for at least two vehicles. Enter via the large street-side deck, which is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee & breakfast, and catching-up on the news while watching the built-in TV. As you enter the property, there is a Bedroom to your left and right on the street-side corners of the home. The bedrooms are separated by a foyer and a Hall Bathroom with custom tile, a quartz countertop, and a walk-in shower with a sliding glass door. As you continue straight, in the center of the home is a beautiful kitchen. Luxury vinyl flooring runs from the entry foyer through the Kitchen, Dining & Living Area. The Kitchen features quartz countertops, soft-close cabinets & drawers, and stainless steel appliances, including: a six burner gas range, a Bosch Dishwasher, a Bosch under counter microwave oven. The beautifully appointed Master Suite spans the left rear portion of the home and offers a walk-in shower (no door), a soaking tub, a quartz countertop with twin sinks, and soft close cabinets. Each bedroom (except for the bunk room) has a wall-mounted TV and a ceiling fan. In addition to the close proximity to the beach & town, additional nearby popular destinations include: Avalon’s Public Recreation Area (39th Street-basketball, tennis & a playground), the Public Bayfront Dock (at 37th Street), the Avalon Library (32nd Street) and the Boardwalk (32nd Street), this is the ideal setting for a relaxing walk or invigorating run along the beachfront!
