The interior layout flows naturally for gathering, entertaining, or slow mornings by the water. The primary suite opens onto a private backyard oasis furnished for outdoor lounging. A second bedroom features a queen bed, and a third pass-through bedroom with twin beds sits just off the primary suite. The laundry room, which includes a daybed with trundle, connects to this area and can function as a semi-private additional sleeping space when the hallway door is closed. An enclosed bonus room in the garage serves as a separate entertainment or relaxation space with a TV, offering a cozy extension of the main living area.
