The 2nd floor greets you with a bright and airy Great Room, featuring beautiful hardwood flooring, a spacious living room & dining area with vaulted ceilings and beautiful modern kitchen with granite countertops & stainless steel appliances. Just off the Living/Dining area, you will find a large deck with a nice sitting area and dining space for 6. For your convenience the BBQ gas grill is also located on the deck. Finishing the 2nd floor, you will find a powder room and the junior master suite with a King bed, an attached private full bathroom. The third floor consists of the master bedroom with a king bed attached en-suite bathroom, and office space. Located on the outside of the home you will find an outside shower and an outside half bathroom. Additional amenities include WIFI, Sonos surround sound throughout the house, gas fireplace (cooler months only), off-street parking for 4 cars, and a Tesla charging station in the driveway. This is a Friday to Friday rental! This property is the perfect family vacation home and it’s "shore" to please. The owner will also consider weekend rentals with a 3 night minimum during the off season, so if your looking for just a short getaway this property is it! The owner provides a changeover cleaning upon your departure.
