PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
A great 5 bedroom and 3 full bath and 3 powder room single family home located on 40th street and only 7 houses to the beach. This home offers a traditional floor plan having the living, dining and kitchen areas on the first floor. There is an extra sitting room and sun room offering ample areas for the family to spread out and relax. The first floor has a bedroom with king bed and full hall bath just outside of the bedroom. Half bath by sun room area. An outdoor rear yard with outside furniture and propane BBQ. The second floor has 3 bedrooms; 2 bedrooms with two twins each (one with private half bath), and a bedroom with a queen bed and full private bath having a soaking tub. Half bath on second floor in pink bedroom. The washer and dryer is on the second level. The third floor is a loft area with 3 twin beds and half bath room. A rooftop deck with ocean views is off the loft area as well. There are 5 smart televisions (living room, sun room and 3 bedrooms with cable. Streaming capability on televisions but renter must log into their own accounts). The shed is not available to renters but owner has storage bins for renter use to store beach toys and some gear. Check in is 3pm and check out 10am. Owner provides coffee maker, espresso machine, 2 offstreet parking spaces, outside shower and more.
