The beach is a short walk as the island is narrow here, take a stroll through the bird sanctuary or have a picnic lunch for a change of pace. There is a big patio area in the rear as well as a screened in porch. The traditional style floor-plan is an open one and is a real nice flow from kitchen all the way to the water. Bring all your water toys, jet skis, Kayaks or stand up paddle board and take advantage of the boatslip that will fit a large boat. Jump right in the water after a nice day at the beach. The home office is a great place if you have to catch up on work or just for a quiet place to sit and read. Garage included. Owner provides cleaning at the end of your stay.
