This 1st floor open concept condo boasts 2 bedrooms, 1 large bath with soaking tub/shower vanity and designer tile, kitchen cabinets with granite counter tops and tile back splash, stainless appliances, and brand new floors throughout. There is a private furnished deck, just outside the living area perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or dining al fresco!!!. If you don t feel like going to the beach, just walk a few steps back to the heated pool, surrounded by patio furnishings and a gas grill. There are 2 outdoor shower/dressing areas and a private storage bin for each property. The owner provides pillows, comforters and mattress protectors. You must bring your own sheets and towels. This is a smoke free complex. There will be no smoking inside or outside. The property has a shared outside shower and BBQ grill between the units, street parking only, washer and dryer in the unit. 3 AC units (main area and 2 bedrooms), 2 TVS (living room and primary bedroom) and WIFI.
