Welcome to The Henry - 'A Single-Family Resort' currently under construction in Swainton (Cape May Court House) and located on Rt 9, about 1 mile South of the Avalon Blvd, and about 5 miles from both Stone Harbor and Avalon. This stunning property is a perfect fit for extended families and friends with its capacity to host up to 30 guests comfortably in 12 bedrooms, 12 full bathrooms, and 2 half bathrooms. This property elevates your vacation experience to an entirely new level! Centrally located near numerous golf courses and event venues, this spacious retreat offers unrivaled open living space, First Class appointments, and a wide range of amenities on a grand scale to ensure a memorable stay. The Floor Plan features a horseshoe-shape design with private bedroom/bath suites on the first floor, North and South Wings, and massive 1st and 2nd Floor open living space in-between the two Wings. The layout essentially ‘hugs’ the inviting pool and patio area, which is in the center of the property. You’ll appreciate the open feel offered by the 10-foot tall first floor ceilings, coupled with vaulted ceilings above the bedrooms and above the 2nd Floor Living Area. Steel beams were used during the construction in order to create a massive amount of open space. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen features an (approx.) 19-foot-long island, and there’s plenty of seating in the Dining Area. You'll find abundant entertainment options, including a large television and see- through Tulikivi soapstone fireplace in the First Floor Great Room – perfect for movie nights and relaxing fireside. Two separate washer / dryer units make it convenient to keep your clothes fresh throughout your stay. All showers feature beautiful custom tile and a curbless entry, which provides ease of access for all guests, especially those who may be elderly, handicapped or disabled. Each bedroom offers either direct and seamless access to the outdoor garden terraces (to the north and south lawns on the property), or directly out to the pool & patio area. The pool will also feature a large sun shelf and gentle rolling slope to the deeper end. While the heated pool will be closed from late Fall to early Spring, the Spa will remain open for year-round enjoyment. The outdoor BBQ area is ideal for hosting cookouts with your family and friends. The yard area beyond the pool provides ample space for outdoor activities, while the fencing and landscaping around both the pool and the entire property provide a private enclave for everyone to enjoy. With bedding, linens, bath towels, beach towels, and beach chairs and umbrellas provided, you can relax and unwind without worrying about the details. When your friends and family are ready for some surf-n-sand, you will enjoy easy access to the beautiful beaches of Stone Harbor with our 'Beachside Setup.' We take care of it all. Our Sprinter Crew Van is stationed daily for you right in front of the beach path in the north end of Stone Harbor near the Recreation Center and Icona Windrift at 80th Street. Inside the van, you will find everything you need to enjoy a great day on the beach. Amenities include several small coolers with ice and your favorite refreshments, beach chairs, 'Boogie Boards,' beach umbrellas, beach towels, beach tag passes, and SPF 50 sunscreen. We also provide two adult beach cruiser bikes so you can explore Stone Harbor further during your beach day. If it gets a bit too hot on the beach you will be able to take a break from the sun and cool off in the air-conditioned cabin and when nature calls, you’re just a short walk to the clean and comfortable rest rooms at the Recreation Center. Our property is pet friendly, but smoke-free at all indoor areas. A cleaning service will be provided by the owner both before and after your stay.
