The comfortable and inviting family room has flat screen television and access to the outside oasis with covered deck area for outside entertaining. There are two bedrooms located on the first floor. The one bedroom has a queen bed and shares access to the first floor full hall bath. The other bedroom a first floor junior master with King bed and private bathroom. The second floor hosts the spacious master bedroom with King bed, flat screen smart tv and additional sitting/office area and master bathroom with double sinks and large step in tiled shower. There is a second floor hall bathroom. There is a room with another queen bed and another bedroom with bunk bed set (twin over twin) and single bed. This home is a short block and a half walk to the beach. Owner also provides for your convenience a blender, iron and ironing board, regular coffee maker, toaster oven, bullet, crockpot, access to garage to store items, 2 off street parking spots, propane BBQ grill in rear yard area and outside shower.
