MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND RENTAL - Available Saturday, May 23rd to Wednesday, May 27th - $400 per night for total of $1600. The full week of May 23rd not available. Check out must be on May 27th. Avalon townhouse style condo unit built by Thomas Welsh Builders with bay views. The open first floor has a spacious living room with bay views, dining area, open kitchen with granite counter-tops, stainless steel appliances and counter seating. The first floor also includes a powder room and large laundry room. Additionally there is a wraparound deck. The second floor features two large guest bedrooms and a shared hall bath. There is also a master bedroom suite with private bath, and walk in closet on this floor. Some other notable features include an assigned parking space, shared outdoor shower, 2 TVS, BBQ and shared complex elevator. The storage area is NOT included with the rental and is for owner use only.
