The top-floor great room is the heart of the home—bright, open, and thoughtfully designed to showcase the stunning scenery. Start your day in the bayside breakfast nook, where you can enjoy your morning coffee while watching shorebirds hunt along the water’s edge. The spacious kitchen features granite countertops, counter and bar seating, and an oversized dining table—perfect for gathering with family and friends.
The main living area includes a large flat-screen TV with streaming capabilities, plus a separate, cozy TV nook with a sofa bed for additional guests. A full bathroom is also located on this level. Step outside to the bayfront deck, complete with table and chairs for al fresco dining, or enjoy either street-side balcony, accessible from the top or second floor.
The second floor offers a well-appointed layout, including a queen bedroom with bayfront deck access, a king master suite with its own bayside deck, and two additional bedrooms each with a double bed. A hall bathroom serves the queen and double bedrooms.
Down by the dock, guests can try their hand at crabbing between tides—a classic Shore experience. The first floor features a fun bar area, along with a full bathroom conveniently located behind the garage.
Please note: Garage parking is not permitted. This property is not suitable for boat use, as water levels are adequate at high tide but too shallow at low tide.
