This floor also offers multiple outdoor living spaces—enjoy morning coffee on the front deck or unwind on the rear deck overlooking the pool after a day on the sand.
The chef’s kitchen is fully equipped for coastal entertaining, featuring a Sub-Zero refrigerator and freezer, Wolf cooktop, built-in microwave, and a stylish bar area with dual chiller drawers and sink—perfect for preparing beach picnics, snacks, and evening cocktails.
The top floor is a private retreat, highlighted by a king primary suite with its own secluded deck—an ideal spot to catch the ocean air and start the day slowly. A quiet office alcove offers flexible space for reading or remote work, and the ensuite bath includes a shower. A stackable washer and dryer are also conveniently located for longer beach stays.
