Great Avalon three story upside-down style home situated on First Avenue within 2 blocks to the beach and convenient walk to town. Enjoy this spacious 6 bedroom and 5 .5 bath single family home with plenty of outside deck space. First floor offers 3 bedrooms. Bedroom #1 offers a king bed. Bedroom #2 will have two sets of bunk offering 3 twins size beds and 1 full size bed along with a private bathroom. Bedroom #3 will have a queen bed. In addition, a hall bathroom offering a Double Vanity w/ shower only, and a family room with a sofa (queen bed) and love seat, a large flat screen television and a wet bar with a small refrigerator and ice maker. And there is a sliding door leading out to the rear yard. We also offer a large laundry room with a full-size washing machine and clothes dryer and a wash tub. On the second floor, we feature a large great room with a living room, dining area and kitchen. A fully equipped kitchen with a six burner stove top. A large deck off the living area offering a deck table and lounge chairs. Also included on the second floor is a hall powder room and two more bedrooms.
