The top floor is open dining/living room space (Great Room) with fireplace, and opens onto a large deck with expansive views. The kitchen and a powder room are also located on this level. There is also off street parking for one car. Please note that the outside shower is not enclosed, however it does have hot/cold water. The owner provides a changeover cleaning upon your departure! No pets...please do not ask.
