First floor provides a family room overlooking the bay with a queen size sofa bed, wet bar, powder room and immediate access to a bay front deck with boat slip, perfect for fishing and crabbing. Second floor includes living room overlooking the bay, dinning area, upgraded kitchen, full bath and bedroom with set of twin beds. Third floor includes 2 semi-ensuite bedrooms, 1 overlooking the bay with a queen size bed and a slider leading to a bay front deck, where you can enjoy some privacy & fantastic sunsets along with all the boating activities along the Intra Coastal Waterway, which is just a few hundred feet away and the other semi-ensuite offers a King size bed (which replaces the 3 twin beds shown in pic) and shares the full bath with private access along with the other Master Bedroom. Just two blocks away you can enjoy the beach, tennis and basketball courts, skate park, playground, grocery store and several restaurants. This unit includes wireless Internet as well as 2 covered off street parking spaces. Property accommodates 8 people and cleaning service is provided. Also, owner will provide beach tags for your convenience, however there will be a fee charged if any of the 8 tags are missing from the unit upon your departure. Please note that there is NO GRILLING permitted at this property in accordance to Condo Association agreement. Also, it is very important to BE AWARE OF WATER SAFETY ON AND AROUND THE DOCKS. It is imperative that small children not be left unattended and the use of appropriate life vests are highly recommended! There is to be NO diving or jumping off the bulkhead at any time.
