Nestled on the edge of Princeton Harbor, you have a front row seat for an incredible nautical experience! Enjoy the bay breeze and views while relaxing on the huge ground level bayside patio area, on the stationary dock that sits overtop of the water, or on the floating dock! You can even dock your boat in the large boat slip! This location is within easy walking distance of Avalon’s popular downtown shopping and dining area! The Master Suite also features a water closet and a Jacuzzi-style soaking tub. There is also a Full Bathroom on this floor, and three additional bedrooms, which offer 2 Queen beds, singles, and a trundle bed. The owner has added a grill and WIFI speakers. This property has an exterior chair lift to the second floor and interior chair lift from second to third floor. PLEASE INFORM YOUR REALTOR WELL IN ADAVANCED if you will need to use this chair lift.
